Hopegiver — regular giving program
Help support Caritas Australia’s long-term community
development projects by joining the hopegiver program and
donating monthly.
As a hopegiver your monthly donation will be automatically
deducted from your credit card or bank account. Because your donations
are automated, administration costs are reduced, meaning more of your
donation will reach those who need it most. Furthermore, by making
regular contributions Caritas Australia can effectively plan for the
continuation of life-changing projects.
Caritas Australia’s development work focuses on building the
capacity of our partners to undertake initiatives that will lead to
lasting, long-term improvements in the lives of marginalised communities
worldwide.
Become a hopegiver and receive:
A hopegiver photo frame that can be put on your fridge. Four times
a year you will receive stories and pictures for your photo frame.
Our quarterly magazine to keep you updated on our work and global
development and social justice issues.
Only one tax-receipt that will be sent to you at the end of the
financial year. (All donations over $2 are tax-deductible.)
The knowledge that you are bringing hope to the most marginalised
people in the world.

Why hopegiver?
Andrew, hopegiver since
2006
Peta,
hopegiver for over 10 years
"Caritas's hopegiver program gives me one practical way of
responding to the call for Social Justice. The spirit that animates the
organisation is especially important. Caritas is inclusive. It works in
partnership with the people it serves."
"I like the fact that my regular donation is spent wisely by an
organisation that has a global picture of need and a network that allows
local communities to say what they require and hence be included in
decision making."
Out of respect for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia, Caritas Australia acknowledges the traditional owners of the land on which all of its offices within Australia are located.
