We are seeking a colleague who can lead Caritas Australia’s digital team and ensure high performance in delivering lead, acquisition, donation and retention targets.

About you

You will thrive as the Digital Marketing Lead if you have:

  • Extensive experience in building and implementing successful digital strategies that achieve financial targets.
  • Team management experience, practical and sustainable approach to team growth and building relationships with direct reports and across teams.
  • High level grasp of online technical skills and experience managing CMS and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of SEO.
  • Strong technical grasp to lead key projects and initiatives that require digital expertise in conjunction with IT.
  • Qualified, experienced Google Analytics user with a strong technical understanding of payment gateways, processes and services.
  • Experienced user of Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Prior experience working on ecommerce, digital projects, email marketing, digital production or similar activity.

 

About your next role

You will be involved in:

  • Developing and implementing a multi-channel digital strategy for Caritas Australia, as well as annual plan to deliver lead, acquisition, donation and retention targets
  • Driving strategic advertising campaigns across digital channels including social media, programmatic and paid search, that build brand equity, retains supporters, generates leads and drive conversion
  • Ensuring performance and quality control of Caritas Australia’s owned digital assets with constant analysis, testing and optimisation to drive acquisition and cultivation of donors via best practice supporter journeys
  • Actively engaging with new and emerging developments in digital technology to introduce initiatives which enhance and improve our digital footprint
  • Developing and managing Caritas Australia’s Digital budget and forecast ensuring sound management and tracking
  • Leading and motivating an engaged Digital Team, managing performance outcomes, fostering innovation, proactivity and continued improvement
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of Caritas Australia’s digital platforms, providing insights, segments and goal tracking
  • Making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people
