Caritas Australia is delighted to offer our community of supporters the opportunity to create their own personalised Will for 50% off through Safewills.

It is a simple, secure and easy way to ensure your wishes are known and your loved ones are cared for.

SAVE THE DATE: During March 16th – 30th 2026 you can write your Will for free.

In partnering with Safewill, we offer this exclusive promotion to our supporters, so put it in your calendar today.

How does it work?

Go through the steps, save your progress and submit it.  Every Will is reviewed by an Australian solicitor to ensure it is legally sound.

You can make unlimited Will updates for the first year. Changes are $15 a year thereafter - so you’re always covered if your circumstances change.

Why make a Will now?

Did you know more than half of Australian adults don’t have a Will?

If you have been meaning to write your own but have not found the time, take advantage of this opportunity today.

In partnering with Safewill, we want to ensure that supporters like you have the opportunity to safeguard your legacy.

Write your Will for 50% off and ensure that your loved ones and the causes you care about are supported for years to come.

The gift of a lifetime

If you choose to write your Will through Safewill – there is no obligation to include a gift to Caritas Australia in your Will.

But should you choose to leave a gift, you will be helping create lasting change for communities facing poverty and injustice, for generations to come.

Leaving just 1% of your estate to Caritas Australia is a meaningful way to continue your impact on the world.

"A bequest to Caritas is a small thing I can leave behind to give thanks to God for the many gifts I’ve received.”
