Chanthea Nou

Asia Manager

Caritas Australia in the Sydney office

Chanthea has a wealth of knowledge to share and has been an employee of Caritas Australia for 15 years. He has extensive knowledge in the non-profit sector, particularly in overseas aid and international development. Additionally, he has expertise in partnership management, staff management, external consulting, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with foreign governments.

Phaldyn Prum

Program Manager 

Caritas Australia in the Cambodia office

Phaldyn has been dedicated to exceptional work within communities, local NGOs partners, INGO, and government to deliver the Caritas Australia mission in Cambodia since 2012. Her experience covers program and partnership management, grant management with partners in country, and overall operational leadership and management for the country office.

Soeun Um

Executive Director of Action for Research and Development (ARD) and Chief of Party and Agribusiness Advisor for Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP) funded by World Bank

Soeun's expertise includes exceptional management of ARD projects and programs. He provides technical direction and strategic approach to all ARD project staff, key experts and advisors.
