How Workplace Giving helps communities
By donating just a small amount each month, you can help us provide essential support such as improving access to clean water, healthcare and education.
Benefits for employees
With Workplace Giving, all your donations are made from your pre-tax salary. This reduces your salary for taxation purposes but doesn’t affect the amount you are giving to Caritas Australia.
Workplace giving won’t affect your superannuation and payroll tax calculations like salary sacrificing. It reduces your PAYG liability but it doesn’t decrease your gross income.
