The Caritas network has received communications from The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem confirming that on the morning of the 7th of July, the Holy Family School in the North of Gaza was bombarded, causing serious destruction in the compound, and resulting in civilian casualties.

Caritas Australia’s Catholic Earthcare team is inviting the Catholic community - including schools, parishes, diocese, organisations, and religious orders - to join its 2024 Season of Creation convocation.

This year the theme for NAIDOC Week is ‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud!’. Starting on Sunday 7th July, known as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Sunday, the week celebrates and recognises the history, culture, and achievements of First Australian peoples.
